Meal Plan Monday - January 12

We're sort of half-and-half-ing the healthy eating this week. There's a nice mix of some new healthy recipes (which I will have to modify) from Fitness magazine with a couple old favorite thrown in. Enjoy reading about what we're going to enjoy eating this week:

Sunday: grilled chicken with cheesy polenta and collard greens

Monday: lasagna

Tuesday: leftovers

Wednesday: Popeye Turkeyburgers and fries

Thursday: almond-crusted fish with stir-fried rice

Friday: leftovers

Saturday: eggs, waffles, bacon
