Happy new year! Welcome to 2017! We are starting off the year with a couple new recipes that I'm really excited about. Here's what's on the menu:
Sunday: Rocco DiSpirito's Grilled Cheese and Ham sandwiches with tomato soup
Monday: Pasta Carbonara
Tuesday: Eggs, Bacon, and Waffles
Wednesday: Bow-Tie Pasta with Hot Sausage Sauce (Ours is going to use gluten-free elbow pasta and sweet sausage...)
Thursday: Perdue Simply Smart Gluten-Free Chicken Strips, Fries, and Corn
Friday: Tuna Sandwiches and Chips
Saturday: Pepperoni Pizza using Chebe gluten-free pizza crust mix (More on that later!)
