When will it ever stop snowing in the Northeast??? I am so ready for winter to be over with. Unless the country adopts national snow days. Then I would be on board for another round of snow and freezing rain.
In the meantime, we're still cooking up some warm and delicious meals at our house. Here's what we're eating this week:

Tuesday: on our own
Wednesday: Mrs. Leeper's Beef Stroganoff
Thursday: chicken quesadillas
Friday: out
