The Perfect 100 Day Project Book Review

If you've always wanted to do a 100-Day Project but didn't know how to get started, Rich Armstrong's book The Perfect 100 Day Project is for you. And if you've never heard of a 100-Day Project, then you'll learn all about what it is and how to do one in this book!

This is the type of book that you don't have to read front to back (though that's what I did), but rather you can read the chapters that pertain to you. Maybe you have questions on how to choose what to do for your 100 Day Project. Read the chapter that answers those questions and helps you brainstorm ideas. Maybe you need advice on how to share your project on social media (or if you should share) or you're in the middle of a 100 Day Project but you've finished early. Now what?

All of those questions and more are answered in this book. Plus, there's plenty of space for you to journal or doodle inside the book as you go along.

This book has given me a lot of ideas for what to do for my own 100 Day Project. The best part? It doesn't even have to be anything typically "creative". So if arts and crafts aren't your thing but fitness is, your project could have something to do with exercise and health. The options are endless!

The Perfect 100 Day Project is published by Rocky Nook and is available to purchase now. I received a free review copy.
