Un-Honey
Anyone who cares about the ecological crisis caused by depleted numbers of honeybees will enjoy eating
Un-Honey, a completely natural and plant-based replacement to Bee Honey. The Single Origin Food Co. worked with carefully selected farms to grow and craft single-ingredient organic nectars that don't include artificial additives or preservatives while also mimicking the taste and texture of honey. Three flavors are available: blonde (delicate and floral), amber (warm and fruity), and copper (chocolatey and caramelly).
