Feel Good Foods Gluten-Free Review

Whether you're throwing a party and need some gluten-free appetizers, or you just want a snack-y lunch or dinner, you can feel good eating Feel Good Foods. All of their foods are gluten-free and better-for-you versions of favorite foods. And they're easy to find in the frozen food section of your grocery store!

I'm so glad that Feel Good Foods sent me free samples of the Chicken Potstickers and Vegetable Egg Rolls because they were all sold out at my grocery store!

While not all of Feel Good Foods snack foods are dairy-free (which I need), some of them are, including the Chicken Potstickers and Veggie Egg Rolls that I got to sample. It's really easy to check the ingredients and potential allergens on the Feel Good Foods website.

The first Feel Good Foods snacks I tried was the Chicken Potstickers. These are filled with chicken and vegetables, and you get a packet of tamari dipping sauce.

Three of these potstickers (a serving) made for a great lunch! Because I didn't have time to thaw the tamari sauce, I just splashed on a little bit of my own from home. You could totally fancy these up with a side of white rice and turn it into dinner. Or just serve up the whole box as an appetizer.

Then I tasted the vegetable egg rolls. I was so surprised because there were only three egg rolls in the box! They're huge! Each one is only 100 calories, so you could easily eat these for lunch, dinner, or serve them as a side dish.

These gluten-free egg rolls are filled with vegetables and have a flaky, crispy crust. You can't make them in the microwave, but it's worth the 20-minute baking time in the oven!

Feel Good Foods makes more than snack foods, though. They also make frozen gluten-free pizza, calzones, and breakfast items, such as pancake bites and the delicious-sounding Mediterranean Tofu Scramble Pockets that don't contain milk!
