Reclaim Joy Book Review

Everyone is talking these days about "joy", especially after the year we've had. How to find it, how to cultivate it, what brings it to you. In Emine Rushton's book/journal, daily exercises and activities will help you reclaim it.

Reclaim Joy: A Year In My Mindful Life offers 365 prompts and rituals, plus space to write and draw, to help you find joy and live a slower, less cluttered, and more peaceful life. Each chapter takes you through a different theme, from starting and ending your day to mindfulness and sustainability. You'll get more in tune with nature, and discover the magic and blessings that are already all around you.

I love the look of this book. It's going to be the perfect decor on your nightstand or wherever you chose to keep it. You can start your day with one of the book's prompts, end your day with one, do only one a day, do a whole section a day...whatever works best for you!

You might find yourself rolling your eyes at some of the prompts, but keep an open mind. The last chapter is relearning how to play, so allow these activities to let you feel like a kid again!

Reclaim Joy is published by Leaping Hare Press and is available to purchase now. I received a free review copy.
