This summer I'm doing a weekly theme with my daughter to keep her learning and getting ready for Kindergarten in the fall. So far we've done Summer, Strawberries, and Father's Day. But one theme I have on the docket is Camping!

Canadian real estate website Zolo sent me a Backyard Camping Ideas blog post and link to free printables. While I don't think we'll be setting up a tent in our yard just yet (We don't even own a tent!), I did like the printables, including a coloring sheet and nature scavenger hunt, as fun camping activities for kids during our camping-themed week.
Here are some of the other camping activities we'll be doing. You can find them all in my Summer Kid School Camping Week board on Pinterest. I think these kids camping activities would be perfect for camping outdoors, preparing kids for an outdoor campout, or just camping in your living room.
