Get ready for another fun month of challenges in the Paper Issues Friends & Fans Facebook group! This is my take on the In the Reel challenge.
I chose to use film strips from an Echo Park patterned paper, as well as a film strip transparency to tie into the movie "reel" theme. These are also photos of my daughter dressing up as movie characters from Frozen using props at a classmate's birthday party.
In addition to the patterned papers from an Echo Park collection, I added in some Pebbles Live Life Happy paper strips and elements from Elle's Studio and Simple Stories. The title is from the Simple Stories Summer Farmhouse alphas.
For some extra red-carpet shine, I included some blue sequins from an old Cheeky Studio sequins mix.
The top photo actually has a transparent photo frame on top, and I popped that photo up on foam squares to give the layout some extra dimension and help that photo stand out from the ones below.
