While not ordered 1 through 101, the book is ordered in sections that cover all sorts of situations: self-care, love, family, friends, school, work, and the public eye. Throughout each section, Browne guides you through different Mindful Moments to help you explore your feelings and open your heart.

I enjoyed reading this book and dog-eared several of the Mindful Moments pages to return to later. This is definitely a book to keep handy whenever you need it.
