Best Cookbooks for Beginners

Staying home during this quarantine has certainly turned a lot of people into home chefs. (FORCED them to become home chefs, in some cases.) 

If you're still finding yourself in a rut because you only know how to make toast and grilled cheese, or maybe you're striking out on your own after high school or college graduation and you can't rely on Mom to make you meals, or maybe you're getting married and the two of you could learn a thing or two in the kitchen...
