I picked up both of these books at the same time by accident. One of them I had on hold at my library, and while I was waiting, I checked out the other one. I had no idea that the held book would come in so quickly for me. So now I have two Lisa Scottoline books to read this month.
Spinster - Kate Bolick
I got this book for $1 at The Dollar Tree. Is there a reason the book was on sale for a dollar? Maybe, but I'll never know until I read it. This book has been on my radar for awhile now, and as a married person with a child, I'm interested to read a different perspective on the paths that women can choose.
Clout - Jenni Catron
I read this book way back when and loved it. I'm excited to re-read it and remember all the reasons I liked it the first time around.
