This is what I submitted for this month's White with 1 challenge: midnight black. I basically pulled all of the black and white stuff I could find (or think of to find) in my stash, and you can see more of how this page came together in my process video!

It just so happened that the My Mind's Eye My Heritage collection is very heavy on the black and white, so those are the papers that I chose for this, along with white and black cardstock.

Then, I added in black and white embellishments from the Simple Stories Say Cheese! collection, which I just love! There were pieces in that kit that I wasn't using for my Disney album, and they just fit perfectly here.

I've also got some Cheeky Studio, Kaisercraft, and (I think) Bo Bunny. I just had to add that panda sticker down at the bottom. Pandas were/are my daughter's bedroom theme, and they are black and white! The perfect animal for this color combo.

Plus, this is a photo about family, which I think some of the word sentiments on here convey to you. Especially because the photo is so tiny! You'd have to look at this one in person to see that in the small circle of the punched-out black card there is a picture of my husband holding our daughter's hand and walking through the hallway of his school. I snapped the photo from outside through a door. I just thought it was so sweet!

So that's my layout! Thanks for looking and I hope you play along.
