Happy Monday! Today's scrapbook layout is for the October challenge over at Let's Get Sketchy. There is a sketch, of course, and a mood board. Here is what I came up with:

This is a picture of my daughter and one of her little friends at Panera last year. They were holding hands! To utilize the sketch for this picture, I turned the sketch on its side. So instead of using two pictures like the original sketch called for, I just used one vertical photo.

The inspiration I took from the mood board is the color scheme: primarily the oranges, blues, and pinks. I thought this PhotoPlay Free Bird collection was just perfect for that.

The mood board also had a picture of a fox on it, and I just so happened to have a "best friends" sticker with a fox! (I think it was old Cosmo Cricket?)

I also used a few other random items from my stash, including October Afternoon ephemera. And the solid cardstock for the background is Echo Park Have Faith.

And that's my layout for today! Thanks for looking!
