I play along with a lot of scrapbook challenges, but every so often, I DO scrapbook just for myself. That's what this layout is. I made it using the kit I put together at Stamp & Scrapbook Expo. The main elements are a combination of PhotoPlay Free Bird and Echo Park Have Faith.
So this is a picture of my daughter last year. Just watching Minions shirtless. It's the middle of December. Who needs clothes?
The banner that says "You Are Pretty Awesome" was part of a cut-apart, but instead of using the full rectangle, I just cut out the banner portion. Around the banner I have some random word stickers that I got super cheap at Michael's, heart stickers from Maggie Holmes, and Cheeky Studio sequins.
Because this whole photo is about my kid being free and half nekkid, I decided to use a phrase sticker from the PhotoPlay collection paired with a T-shirt sticker from this Pink Paislee sticker pack. Layered behind the photo is some washi tape, border paper strips, and a leftover bit of scrap paper.
