This year I'm attending the Gluten-Free and Allergen-Friendly Expo again, but it's not called that anymore. Nope! It's now called Nourished Festival. But even though it has a new name, it's still THE place to go for gluten-free, allergy, and specialty diets.
Adding to the show's Gluten-Free and Nut-Free zones, now there will also be Paleo, Keto, and Plant-Based zones. But all products in all zones are gluten-free.
The Secaucus, NJ show returns on October 5-6, 2019. I'm excited to see what the new show is like (and sample all the yummy goodies from the vendors). There are some new exhibitors for this year, which is always really exciting, as is seeing some of my favorites from year's past.
As always, admission also includes access to free classes and workshops throughout the day so that you can learn more about being gluten-free and living with special diets.
