New Baby and Kid Food You'll Want Your Brood to Eat

When my daughter was a baby, I did not make my own baby food. It was store-bought all the way, baby. (I had good intentions to make my own, but between work and just plain being exhausted from caring for an infant, something had to give.)

So many store-bought baby foods are trying to be healthy and not filled with nasties, which is great. But I've recently come across a few new baby food products that are taking it to the next level to ensure that it's easy for you to find healthy food for your kid (without turning your kitchen into a messy test kitchen - ain't no one got time for dishes). You might even get in something healthy for yourself, too.

Check them out below!

White Leaf Provisions
Many parents are concerned with what's in the food they feed their babies. White Leaf Provisions is a family-run business that produces 100 percent U.S. regeneratively grown and manufactured biodynamic, organic, and GMO-free baby food. What does that mean? The farmers who grow the food do so without using chemicals. Instead, the farms use natural farm-manufactured compost and herbal sprays. The apple sauce and baby food blends can be given to babies as young as 6 months.

Little Spoon
Because "First Bites Matter", Little Spoon offers fresh organic baby food delivered right to your door. Serena Williams just made a long-term investment in Little Spoon after feeding it to her own daughter. That's a huge announcement, but I think my favorite new announcement from the company is the launch of the IsThisNormal.co website. Moms have many questions when it comes to parenting and their own bodies, and this website aims to provide assurance that what you're experiencing - no matter how uncomfortable or taboo - is normal! Lots of celeb moms have contributed content about their own experiences. You have to check it out!

Dole Spoonable Smoothies
This one is more for busy parents of toddlers and preschoolers, and it would be a total win if the toddlers and preschoolers also ate them! If you're into the smoothie bowl trend, now you can have one from freezer to spoon thanks to Dole. Eat them with a spoon, and you've got an easy and convenient breakfast or snack. They thaw in 35-40 minutes on the counter or 30 seconds in the microwave. The two flavors right now are Strawberry Banana and Pineapple Banana.

Which of these do you think your kid would like? Which would make the best addition to your baby's feeding routine and your busy lifestyle? Tell me in the comments!
