I Know You Know - Book Review

Who can you trust in the thrilling new novel I Know You Know by Gilly Macmillan. Is it Jessie Paige, whose son was murdered 20 years ago? And where was she the night it happened? Is it Detective Fletcher who found the murdered boys? That's something that stays with you. Is it Cody Swift, a podcaster and best friend to the two boys? He doesn't believe the right man was convicted, so his podcast follows his personal investigation into who really killed his friends.

While it took me some time to get used to the way the story was arranged, I really liked the unpredictability of this book. Once I reached a little over the halfway mark, I just had to keep turning the page to find out what was going to happen next.

The ending was a bit surprising, and there was one part that I can't say I totally liked, but I can't go into it here without spoiling the book for you. So I'll just say that you should check out this book, and once you do, if you want to discuss it with me, let me know!

I Know You Know is published by William Morrow and available on bookstore shelves now. I received a free advance review copy at BookExpo.
