Well, I'm still making meal plans, just not sharing them with you all. It's difficult to get anything done, including blogging, which isn't really that high up on my priority list at the moment, when you've got a 2-month-old at home.
But here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday: hamburger stroganoff
Monday: pea pesto pasta
Tuesday: rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes
Wednesday: meatballs with rice and green beans
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: spaghetti, salad, and bread
Saturday: hamburgers, corn, baked beans, and warm potato salad
Also, I have had some time to get a few scrapbook pages done. Hopefully, I'll be able to share some of them with you soon. If only this kid would nap!!!
