It's football season and we haven't yet made one of our favorite Sunday night football meals yet - Pepper Jack Cheesy Mac. It's so good, and I'm super excited that it's in this week's dinner rotation. Here's the lineup:
Sunday: Pepper Jack Cheesy Mac
Monday: waffle egg sandwiches
Wednesday: Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Ham Steak (new recipe!)
Thursday: chicken tender salad
Friday: on our own
Saturday: Deep Dish Taco (new recipe!)
These recipes aren't originally gluten-free, but I'm making them GF! If you want to make any of these recipes but need advice on turning them gluten-free, just ask! I'll probably do a follow-up post on the new recipes later.
