Hope everyone in the U.S. is enjoying their Labor Day weekends! It was so nice to have two extra days off of work. I got some scrapbooking done (more on that later), and I actually had time to figure out a meal plan for this week. Last night we just had leftovers, so I'm starting this plan with Monday, which is tonight!
Monday: maple-soy glazed salmon with asparagus and baked potatoes
Tuesday: GF California Pizza Kitchen pizza
Wednesday: Carne Asada Tacos featuring Goya products
Thursday: macaroni and cheese with ground beef and green beans
Friday: turkey burgers and fries
Saturday: pork, chard, and black bean soup with cumin and cheese and crackers
