It's time for another Meal Plan Monday! We rearranged the meal plan last week. (I had to cut my husband some slack for trying Brussels sprouts with me for the first time. We both disliked them.) So some of what we were going to have last week has gotten pushed to this week.
Sunday: slow cooker BBQ salsa chicken tacos
Monday: on our own
Tuesday: sausage alfredo
Wednesday: grilled cheese and soup
Thursday: macaroni and cheese with a side salad
Friday: on our own
Saturday: chicken thighs with peanut sauce
