Meal Plan Monday - March 17

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I am not Irish, but my husband is. Even so, we don't really celebrate this holiday. My husband brought home Irish Soda Bread that one of his student's parents had made. That was good!

And here are some more good things to eat:

Sunday: chicken parmesan with spaghetti and gluten-free Brazilian cheese buns

Monday: mac and cheese with green beans (Trying a new gluten-free boxed macaroni and cheese for this...)

Tuesday: grilled cheese and Amy's Cream of Tomato Soup

Wednesday: Gorton's Tilapia with rice and corn

Thursday: bacon and egg cups with hash browns

Friday: on our own

Saturday: out!
