Well, we've moved into the second week of February. I'm really hoping we'll start moving into springtime soon. I just can't handle any more snow. (And neither can my dwindling vacation day count.)

Monday: Sausage Alfredo*
Tuesday: tuna sandwiches and fries
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Red Beans & Rice
Friday: Valentine's Day take-out dinner
