Here's a nice and easy side to make with some fresh green beans this week. It's actually supposed to be made with asparagus, but I had green beans to use up, so I just used those. It still worked out fine!!
I found this recipe on Pinterest. And it's super duper easy. You coat the green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then grill them. I used our George Foreman grill. Once they're grilled, remove them from the grill, cut them up, and toss with lemon juice, crumbled feta cheese, and more olive oil. Add some extra seasoning to taste.
