Wednesday: Gluten-Free Loaded Baked Potato Pizza
Thursday: Chicken & Black Bean Enchilada Casserole (will make ahead of time, divide into 2 pans, and freeze so we can have leftovers!)
Friday: on our own
Saturday: out to eat - we have gift cards and we're celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary a week early!
