I love baked potatoes and potato skins. And I gotta say, these Loaded Baked Potato Skins taste restaurant quality. But they are low-carb and low-sugar! I got the recipe from Rocco Dispirito's Now Eat This! cookbook and thankfully, Rocco posted the recipe for this on his Pinterest page.
