While looking through my mom's years-old Kraft cooking magazine, I came upon a delicious-sounding recipe and another way to use tortillas! The recipe for Grilled Turkey Club Quesadillas can be cooked on an outdoor grill, but we used our George Foreman grill. Even though the recipe is a couple years old, I was able to find it online. Thank you, internet. As with most quesadilla/tortilla recipes, this one called for flour tortillas. I used corn tortillas. And I did not use Oscar Meyer turkey breast as the recipe called for. We are fans of Thumann's turkey breast. It has no MSG and it's labeled gluten-free. Plus it's delicious and fresh! This is such an easy weeknight meal. Serve it up with fries, chips, or leftover potato salad like we did!
