"cuz I'm out in the club and I'm sipping that bub and you're not gonna reach my telephone"

There's nothing like a little bit of Lady Gaga (and Beyonce) to make an otherwise dumb day turn happy. (And a free lunch at Pret a Manger also helps. Man that brownie was good.)

There's also nothing like a new scrapbook technique to give otherwise ho-hum layouts a bit of razzle dazzle. And that newest technique for me is misting.

I kept reading about "misting" and seeing it used on layouts but I never knew quite what it was. Until I received a bottle of gold Shimmerz Spritz in the French Kiss Scrap for a Cure kit.

And now... well, I'm a little obsessed with it. I kind of want to go out and buy up a whole bunch of colors and just mist like crazy. There's so much you can do with it!

On this LO, I just spritzed part of a blank piece of white paper. The gold color isn't as deep as I want it to be so you can't really see it in this picture. But... it's there and I'm loving it.

This layout uses pretty much only stuff that came in the French Kiss kit and the design itself— well, it's my own. The picture is what my husband gave/made me for Valentine's Day.

Has anyone else used Shimmerz brand before? What other brands of misting sprays are out there? Any that you would recommend? And how do I keep the paper flat as the spray dries? My edges tend to crinkle in on me.
