Eat at Home Tonight - Review Part 1

Tomorrow is the official launch date of the new cookbook Eat at Home Tonight by Tiffany King. As a launch partner through the cookbook's publisher, I received a free advance review copy of the cookbook and the chance to try out a bunch of recipes from it. Here's where you can go to pre-order a copy for yourself today.

And here's why you would want to pre-order a copy.

This cookbook is not your typical cookbook. Instead of breaking down the cookbook into sections based on types of food (soups, salads, main courses, etc.), this cookbook is broken down into sections based on how much time you have to cook that night.

So, say it's a really busy weeknight and you have a thing, your daughter has a thing, your husband has a thing, and your son has a thing. (Hey, you sound like the stereotypical All-American family!) With your schedules pulling all of you in every direction, you might want to flip to the "We Can't Sit Down for a Meal Tonight" section, with recipes that allow you to make something to take with you on the go instead of eating out.

Or maybe you open the fridge and you're like, "There is NOTHING in here." Try the section titled "My Refrigerator is Empty Tonight". The recipes in this chapter are built around items you keep stocked in your pantry, but you can easily substitute for things you don't have.

There are even chapters for those nights when we have a little more time to cook something or for when we just want dessert.

Tiffany King is all about "everyday food for busy people". That's the tagline of her website Eat at Home. So while you're waiting for your cookbook to arrive in the mail, check out her website for some meal inspiration!

And come back to the blog tomorrow where I'll be sharing with you some picture inspiration and gluten-free tips for some of the recipes that I made from the cookbook!
