Lasting Memories Sketch Challenge - Guest Designer

There is another challenge over at Lasting Memories this week! You can play along with all four challenges or just pick and choose which ones to do. Each project you enter counts toward the prize drawing!

This week, we are playing along with a sketch! Here it is:

And here is my take on it:

As you can see, I took what was a three-picture layout and turned it into a six-picture layout. I am really pleased with how it turned out!

This used up more pieces from my The International Scrapbook Garden Garden Sunkissed kit, which I love because that means I made a Christmas layout without traditional Christmas papers and elements.

As stated last week, the theme this month is holiday traditions, so the pictures on this layout are pictures of my family on Christmas Day at my great aunt's house. I recently inherited these pictures because my great aunt moved out of her house, so I'm glad that I had them and could put them into a scrapbook album.

I used small number stickers to label the year each picture was taken. These were old ones from my stash and they just so happened to match the blues and pinks of the papers.

Don't forget to head over to the Lasting Memories blog for more inspiration and to enter your own scrapbook layouts for a chance to win a prize!
