Valentine's Day is all about love, but it's also all about chocolate. MMMM chocolate. Throw out any low-carb, low-sugar diet you might be on right now (I did) and enjoy these delicious Crunchy Chocolate-Peanut Stix. I found the recipe in Family Circle magazine. Imagine a crust of butter crackers, layers of sugar and crushed graham crackers, topped with melted milk chocolate and peanut butter chips. OH YEAH. The picture in the magazine looked a lot better than my picture. I used a serrated knife to cut my "stix", but it was still a little difficult to cut perfectly. Oh well. They went in my belly and my belly didn't care what they looked like. :)
