Multiple 2x2 Photos on a Scrapbook Layout - Process 359

As the title of today's post suggests, I cut down a bunch of 4x6 photos to 2x2 size! Why did I do that? Because of the Pinkfresh Studio Christmas paper that I was using. It had one size with a pattern and the other side with 2x2 cut-aparts! So I cut them apart and created this "anything goes" scrapbook page for you to check out. Be sure to watch the process video on YouTube for more details.

The background patterned paper is from Crate Paper's Sweater Weather collection. It was a pretty big pattern, and I didn't want my small photos and squares to get lost, so I matted the photos and squares onto other Pinkfresh patterned paper. Then some of those photo mats got cut into banners at the end.

Why did I do that? Because I felt like it! Seriously, sometimes when we scrapbook, we just do things because we like them. There's no rulebook that I follow. I just lay out my layouts the way I like them.

This one has an off-center vibe that I really like. I also like how some of the pieces go off the page. What do you like best about today's scrapbook page? Thanks for looking!
