Welcome to this month's Off the Board challenge hop! I've combined two different challenges on this layout, and I'll tell you more about them in my process video for this layout. You'll also find the full list of participants in the video description box on YouTube.
So first, I was inspired by this Studio Calico pin in my Scrapbook/Cards Pinterest board.
And here's what I came up with:
I think these are my favorite types of layouts. None of the pieces were specific to the theme of these photos, but everything just came together so nicely. I think I have the Paper Issues May scrapbook kit to thank for that.
These are the last photos I have to scrap from when I participated in the #disneybound Star Wars challenge. The challenge was to dress as a character from the Light Side. I really wanted to wear this maroon maxi dress, so I looked up which Star Wars characters wore dresses, and I found a picture of Queen Amidala in disguise. She was wearing a maroon dress!
There was a Scraptember prompt that went along with this 30 Days of Sketches sketch, and it was "black and white". So I printed out two of my photos in black and white, but I kept the middle photo in color to better assist viewers in understanding my "costume".
