I decided to make a real Sunday dinner last week. Inspired by this recipe from Real Simple, we had baked chicken breast, fresh green beans, and cheddar-stuffed potatoes. I really wanted to do turkey, but our grocery store (surprise, surprise) didn't have turkey breast halves. And I certainly wasn't cooking a whole turkey!!
The chicken I sprinkled with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. It had a good flavor. The cheddar-stuffed potatoes I would TOTALLY make again. So yummy.
I also spent Sunday afternoon pre-making our Monday night dinner. I didn't like it, which is why I'm not sharing it here. My husband did, though. He had seconds! Well, you never know until you try it!
