Blueberry Protein Shake

This is just a quick post to say that I made this YUMMY Blueberry Protein Shake that I found on the website The Undressed Skeleton. I was surprised that I already had most of the ingredients needed: fresh frozen blueberries (from the summer), vanilla whey powder (a sample I got at a health expo), ice, almond milk (my current obsession), and honey. I didn't have almond butter, and it's not something my local grocery store sells, so I just used Natural Jif peanut butter. Mine turned out rather thick, so it was more of a slushie than a smoothie. I also doubled the recipe so that I could have two shakes, one for that night and one for the morning. Seriously, you have to make this. It is sooooo good!
