One thing to note, when you put the pizza sauce on the crust (and make sure you buy gluten-free pizza sauce), the crust tends to soak up the sauce. It's kind of weird. The first time we made these I only cooked them for 5 minutes and I thought the crusts ended up a little soggy. So the second time we made these, I cooked them for the entire 7 minutes and they turned out much better!
If you don't live near a Whole Foods but want gluten-free pizza, you can order these from Udi's website. (Some chain grocery stores and health food stores also carry Udi's products, so check out the store locator on Udi's website to find out if there is a store near you.)
Bon appetit!
