Breakfast for Dinner

"When you wake up in the morning, Pooh," said Piglet at last, "what's the first thing you say to yourself?"

"What's for breakfast?" said Pooh. "What do you say, Piglet?"

"I say, I wonder what's going to happen exciting today?" said Piglet.

Pooh nodded thoughtfully. "It's the same thing," he said.

Truer words have never been spoken. I just love breakfast. Especially breakfast for dinner.

Have any of you ever used raw sugar before? I didn't even really know it existed until I found my gluten-free blueberry muffins recipe, which calls for sprinkling raw sugar on top of the muffins. Raw sugar is right in the baking aisle of your grocery store. Sugar in the Raw is what I bought. Definitely added a much-needed sweetness to the tops of the muffins. But now I have a big old box of raw sugar and nothing to do with it. Any recipes that call for raw sugar? Can you sub raw sugar for white or brown sugar?

  4. We adore eating breakfast for dinner here too. The kids actually eat it, and it's quick and easy for me to cook. I'm a big fan of Winnie the Pooh. My favorite is Eeyore! Pooh's a close second.
