I've gotten so much delicious mail this week - some expected and some total surprises!! First, I was notified via email that I had won two Allure magazine giveaways. One was for a body exfoliating cream from Yves Rocher, a natural beauty product company from France. I received that package early this week, but I haven't used it yet (it smells...interesting). Maybe this weekend I'll give it a whirl.
The second thing I won (and I had entered to win this back in September) was a fragrance from Victoria's Secret. Look at this cute packaging! YUM!
I also won a random giveaway over at My Paper View. Today I received these awesomely bright and fun SEI papers along with some cute embellishments. Can't wait to get started creating with them! (The papers smell so good... is that weird?)
And FINALLY, I received a very unexpected surprise in the mail. Talk about happy mail! I got home from work on Wednesday and there was a package for me from Scrap for a Cure. (Remember I blogged about them a few weeks ago?) Well, someone awesome named Danae, who is incredibly charity-minded, decided that not only was she going to help Scrap for a Cure donate to its charity of the quarter, but she was also going to help me replenish my scrap stock. Behold, the French Kiss kit from Scrap for a Cure purchased for me by Danae!
It's almost too pretty to touch!! But touch it I did. Here is one of the layouts I made using the kit (along with those luscious brown American Crafts Thickers). The layout is based on one of the sketches over at Twisted Sketches. The twist was stripes.
Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful mail! Now off to scrap!
